Shopify рекомендует включать в shipping policy как минимум обработку заказа, сроки доставки, стоимость, ограничения, локальные условия и порядок действий при изменениях, повреждениях или утере отправления.

Delivery Framework
Xcel Med, LLC uses this Shipping Policy to explain how customer orders move from checkout to delivery. The goal of this page is to clarify timing, shipment conditions, customer responsibilities, and the limits of carrier-controlled delivery events.
1. Processing Window
Orders are not shipped instantly after purchase and may first pass through payment confirmation, internal review, inventory coordination, and packaging preparation. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and periods affected by operational or carrier disruption.
If order information requires correction or manual verification, shipment may be held until the issue is resolved. This can include incomplete address details, conflicting billing information, or order combinations that require additional handling review.
2. Available Shipment Methods
Shipping options are presented at checkout when available for the customer’s destination and order profile. The services shown may vary depending on package dimensions, shipping region, destination type, and carrier service coverage.
Not every delivery method is available for every order. In some cases, a selected option may need to be changed after purchase if the carrier cannot support the original route or package conditions.
3. Transit Timing
Delivery estimates begin after the order has left processing and has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Transit times are estimates only and may be affected by volume surges, weather, carrier rerouting, or regional access conditions.
A quoted transit window is not a guaranteed delivery promise unless the carrier expressly offers a guaranteed service level. Delays outside the direct control of Xcel Med, LLC may occur even after a shipment has been accepted into the carrier network.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are disclosed during checkout based on the service level and destination available at the time of purchase. Additional charges may apply in rare cases involving address correction, reconsignment, exceptional handling, or re-shipment after failed delivery.
5. Tracking and Confirmation
When tracking is available, shipment confirmation information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates depend on carrier scanning activity, and status changes may not appear immediately after a label has been created.
6. Customer Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order. Xcel Med, LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by missing suite numbers, incorrect recipient data, outdated address information, or other customer entry errors.
If a package is returned because delivery could not be completed using the information supplied, re-delivery may require an additional shipping payment. Shipping costs already used to process or dispatch an order may not be refundable.
7. Delivery Exceptions
If an order arrives damaged, appears incomplete, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, the issue should be reported promptly using the business contact information below. Customers may be asked to provide photos of the outer packaging, item condition, label details, or other supporting evidence needed to review the matter with the carrier.
8. Restricted or Unavailable Shipping Situations
Certain orders may be delayed, adjusted, or canceled if the destination is not serviceable, if the package falls outside normal carrier limits, or if shipment would create unreasonable handling constraints. Shopify’s policy guidance supports clearly stating shipping limitations and regions that may not be eligible for standard fulfillment terms.
